Very tasty pastries and cakes, great coffees and very nice staff, they easily compensate the small place...
Great coffee and little pastries plus the interioir is relaxing and great for a quick coffee to catch up with friends .
A touch pricey but the best carrot cake I ever had. A little cute corner bakery I always thought of visiting. Glad i did. Really moist with full of carrots, creamy butter frosting, loads of dried fruits, nuts and orange peels - it was the most dreamy, delish slice of carrot cake so far. I haven't tried other options but don't mind having one or two on my next visit.
Loved the place! Their orange polenta cake is really worth trying!
Excellent selection of bread and cakes. All are freshly made at the Paul Rhodes bakery and only on sale for that day. Be sure to get there early for the best selection of breads. My personal favourite is the sea salt and olive oil. They do have a lot of different types and make extensive use of spelt and rye to ensure a wide selection.Paul Rhodes also have a wide range of cakes and buns which, along with coffee, can be taken away or eat in. The only problem with eating in is the very limited number of seats. On a nice day you can go and sit in the Greenwich University grounds but if it is raining......
