Delicious fresh toasties
My regular weekend coffee haunt. This typifies Greenwich as a place, and the coffee consistently (and thats critical) beats other places by a mile.
I came back in store after winter time, on a weekend, and unfortunately I've seen lot of things has changed. Customer service and coffee is good as always but I couldn't believe how hot the shop was, so hot I didn't want to stay in there and had to take away food and eat outside. There are two or three fans in the shop floor which make such noise I have to shout to speak with staff or someone else and also just blowing hot air. It seems no one is caring about the store, feel so sorry about that and feeling bad cause this was my favourite caf in Greenwich
I went in for coffee, as the place looked interesting and I'm fussy about my coffee.It was without doubt one of the best coffees I've ever had, strong, full bodied, but smooth, no bitterness.I was genuinely disappointed when it was gone.My girlfriend felt exactly the same about hers.I shall certainly be back any time I am in the area.
