Disappointed and left with a broken TV.It was a present and it almost ruined Christmas as once unboxed we realised a crack on the screen. Manager had the wrong attitude from the start no remorse. He spoke to me as if I was lying asking me who exactly done what out of my family regarding its unpacking. Eventually he refused to do anything as I couldn't explain why there was no damage to the box. Surely thats a question you should be asking internally.Do I go to another store?
Very disappointing service. Were waiting for about 25mins in almoast empty shop. Got paracel with lady who was waiting only 3min.
Very slow. I had to wait ages for my purchase, other customers who came in after me recieved there purchases far quicker than I did, I assume that what I ordered was at the other end of warehouse.
