Went to Olga for the first time today and had the best experience. She took her time and did a really fantastic job cutting my hair. She is also a lovely person and great to chat with. The salon is in a good location and reasonably priced. I'll be back!
I've been going to Olga for a few years now, I'm really particular about my hair and I think she always does a great job. Plus a warm, friendly service and really reasonable prices - what more could you want! Keep up the great work ladies
Hello everyone who wondering is the Daiva's Greenwich any good, it's the best, the people working there are amazing specially Olga very friendly, understanding, helpful real professional hairdresser.I am her client two and a half years now, she taking really good care for my hair(colour,haircut, treatment's) and i am always happy after my visit. I can't believe someone can said she wasn't good and left someone in tears. She ALWAYS asking you before cutting your hair and showing you exactly how much she is taking!!! So it's not possible for me.I highly recommend Daiva's Greenwich and Olga, real professional services on every level for people who love them's hair!!!Thank you
Really professional and very talented hair stylists working in Daivas salon. They always try to achieve the best results for clients needs. Will not regret going there ! Would really recommend for the ones who live in Greenwich area and arround.
I had been a client at Daivas Greenwich for a couple of years and even returned to Olga, despite an unwanted fringe cut in February. By July the offending fringe had grown out sufficiently and I told Olga how pleased I was by this. I was therefore astounded and horrified when she once again cut a short fringe. It was too late by the time the hair was on the floor and I left the salon in tears as this was the worst hair cut of my life. Olga seemed genuinely upset and agreed that I need not pay for the cut, and that she would do a goodwill colour to make up for her mistake. I was hopeful that, despite the disastrous haircut, she would do her best for me in future to ensure no repeats of this misunderstanding. Once the colour was booked, I received a rude, aggressive and insulting email from the salon owner, referring to the unpaid bill. I emailed my account of the situation, the bad haircut and Olga's goodwill gestures and received a response that suggested Daivas would honour Olga's agreement, and that I could have the colour when I returned from a break a month later. Sadly however, despite the fact that I did exactly what had been discussed, the owner reneged on our agreement, and the offer was withdrawn in another rude and accusatory email which again referred to the non payment of the bill for the horrific haircut. I have been asked not to visit the salon again and I wouldn't visit it again even if they paid me.
