Been using this service for the past 3 months for dry-cleaning and ironing services. All my clothes have been handled correspondingly and I cannot fault them.

Only used them once, damaged (and by damaged I mean left a large hole in the elbow) of my suit and refused to reimburse - AVOID!
One of the more expensive dry cleaners in Greenwich - not worth the cost. Manager is patronising and will not take ownership for errors. If they destroy your clothes, they will not reimburse. Best to avoid this dry cleaner if you think it is important for companies to have accountability to customers if goods are damaged.
I have been using this dry cleaner since moving to UK last November. I have always been very happy with the results. I even brought them a suit, a tie, and a shirt which were all badly stained and they got everything out even though they warned me they might not be able to. I highly recommend this firm.
