Absolutely appalling customer service. Over 2 hours for food to arrive and staff hung up the phone when complaining. Its an absolute disgrace how they treat customers.
Sent the wrong pizza. Unprofessional staff. Will never use again. Best to avoid.
THE MANAGER HASSAIN IS RACIST!!! HE DON'T LIKE BLACK PEOPLE AND SPEAKS TO THEM LIKE HE OWNS THEM PERSONALLY AS POSESSIONS. HE'S CONSTANTLY RUDE TO CUSTOMERS AND LACKS BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! HOW CAN HE MANAGE A TEAM WHEN HE DOESN'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO CONDUCT HIMSELF CORRECTLY?! MANY OF PEOPLE HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS MAN, YET NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE! MY ADVICE- ORDER PAPA JOHNS OR PIZZA HUT, AT LEAST THE STAFF THEIR ARE POLITE AND NOT RACIST!!
This place is garbage. I ordered two pizzas. 40 minutes later, my pizzas arrive and one is burnt. I called up and they say they'll send a replacement. 45 minutes later there's still no pizza. I call up and they said the replacement order was never processed, but they'll have a pizza to me in 20 minutes.35 minutes later and still no pizza. I call up again, and they say the pizza is on it's way. It's two hours now since I placed my original order and all I have is a cold, burnt pizza. I ask for a refund. 25 minutes later, another burnt pizza arrives at my door...What an absolute joke.
