Tasty cod and chips. Generous portions. Great staff. Ibo is a diamond geezer! Yes, I am a tourist but this is the best chippy I've visited during my stay. I had to go there twice :)
Great place. 10 quid I got a beautiful fish n chips. Crispy, seasoned and tender meat cod, lovely salad and fresh chips. The chef came out with the food himself and came back to check on us. Great hospitality. Good food.
This is amazing place for quick eat out. Situated in calm and quiet environment. The place has ample sit outs as well as sit ins. The service is fast and good. The food is excellent. The local beer available there is amazing. Cost of food is moderate.The atmosphere is welcoming and staff is good. A definite yes for fish and fries and quick eat outs. Cheers
The best and at the same time the cheapest food experience in our London trip ...and we've paid 300 for dinner the night before. By comparison this 30 lunch was exceptional. The family owning and running the shop is incredibly and genuinely friendly and you can tell that they enjoy what they're doing. This also shows in the delicious and authentic food. When you come to London don't mind the small trip out, it's very well worth your wile.
I'm not a tourist and know a good chippy when I see one. And this is definitely a good one. Chips are chips at the end of the day, but the fish is fantastic and cooked fresh by the owner. Staff are really friendly and welcoming. If you're anywhere near the Greenwich area definitely give it a try, you won't be disappointed.
