Staff was suspicious that we used a premier seat without paying for it. Checked our tickets pretty aggressively, after movie started, and did not apologise at all after seeing we were wrongly accused.On top of that, we bought these premier tickets because the cashier told us the room was already filled, while actually it was totally empty. Very honest customer policy...And seats were dirty, and was overpriced. I will never return there, and I can just advise to run away
Expensive. Went there because we had vouchers. Wouldn't go there again if paying full price. Chairs were very uncomfortable and the service was slow, also no reserved seating.
The cinema is good but the staff in the reception are slow. Been here more than 20 times and they are always slow. They should hire more staffs.
If you like multiplex cinemas you will love this cinema. The tickets are reasonable prices for a London area but food as always expensive. It can be hard to move around if you aren't good with stairs there is a lift but you have to ask. There is disabled access to screens but again you will need to ask.
My go to cinema. I visit here minimum twice a month. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The screen rooms are clean and and the screens are clear. The gallery experience here is definitely worth a visit atleast once. Happy watching!
