*AVOID* *THIS* *COMPANY*!!! This is the most disappointing moving company I've ever worked with (and I have moved a lot). Extremely poor communication, even more terrible service. They might be slightly cheaper than other companies, but you will dearly pay for going with the "moving home company". They are clearly neither motivated nor skilled enough to make this work. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM.
Make yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. Totally unprofessional. It took them 2 days to collect the items (despite they promised to do this in one morning). They did not prepare any inventory nor they labelled the boxes. They delivered the items late and most of them were damaged. Communication was also awful (it took them more than a week to reply our emails)... Seriously, do not contact them...
Have used this company twice in a year now. Both times my experience has been excellent. They are competitively priced, the employees are all great and both moves were carried out quickly and professionally.I would absolutely recommend them and will use them again in the future.
These guys were brilliant. A competitive (but not the cheapest) quote, followed by courteous and efficient movers, supported by a patient customer service team. I extended my 'time in storage', asked them to find an item in an emergency within storage, and changed the dates of my final move 4 times, and they performed this politely and without complaint. And all my items turned up in one piece!
