Many UK museums, when modernised, are turned into fantastically good playgrounds for children. Playgrounds are very important, but so are museums. Other countries do it better. Many wonderful museums in England have been eviscerated over the years. The collections deserve better.

Feeling lovely to be here highly recommended place to visit

the place, close to the greenwich hill is great, the museum itself, not that great but worth a one hour visit.

Lovely welcoming feeling. Very informative staff and exhibits. I felt very much at home here as I am a fairly local resident. The staff are educated and helpful all together making this a very pleasant experience. I found the layout was very chronological and easy to understand for people who are not from the nautical industry. The drawings showed me parts of London I never knew a scooby about and has inspired me to learn more about this great city I am from! Thanks for a great time guys. Also entry is FREE!!

Excellent day out. My son's really enjoyed visiting the Maritime museum. Lots of interactive things to do and things to see. Definitely would go again.
