What a complete and utter shamblesYour instructed to go to car park 2 only to find its blocked off with massive concrete bollards for building workCar park 3 is for event parking and car park 4 is tiny but the parking is advertised as over 2000 spacesTry to exit the car park and you can't get out without paying. No attendants on site you have to push the button for assistance but guess what? Nobody answers so you push and push and eventually you get "What..."With nowhere else to go we have no choice but to use car park 3 which is 25 Meeting over and they explain that due to parking problems if you take your ticket to customer service in car park 1 they will honour the discounted rateBut car park 1 is over 15 minutes walk and you can't drive there. So 15mins later and after queing up they apologize and take 6 but tell you that you have 10mins to get out!!!Really this place is beyond belief, we drove in because of the train strike but avoid the car parks at the O2 at any price even if you have to get a taxiIt will cost you loads more but you won't have any aggravationI don't post negative feedback but me, my family and colleagues/friends all experienced the same appalling behaviour on the day so it's not just me
