I have combined shopping with meeting friends twice since the opening and have purchased goods twice. I thought the shops were good and hope they stay and add more. There has been a lot of negativity on Facebook page Eltham Se9 about the price of parking, thats it cold in the dome and hot in the shops, lack of advertising, many never knew the shops existed, some have said its free parking up to 4 hours if you spend over 35, a lot of people want to see a Ralph Lauren shop.MAYBE ITS TIME FOR O2 ICON SHOPPING CENTRE TO ADVERTISE THE SHOPS AND EXPLAIN THE PARKING PRICES TO ENCOURAGE MORE SHOPPERS.I like the o2 and its shops very much, hope it stays.SO COME ON O2 ICON SHOPPING, GET ADVERTISING BEFORE THE SHOPS START LEAVING4 hours free parking would not be enough for me if combining shopping with meeting friends for lunch/dinner.

New outlet shopping centre in North Greenwich. It has a lot of potential and there is plenty of space, which is unusual in London. Only a few stores are opened now and it seems a bit empty. They have the regular outlet deals; nothing impressive. What I like about the place is the style and the space. The toilets are also spacious and very clean. Hopefully, more stores will join and they will do some events to attract more customers.

First word I said when I saw the entrance to Icon centre was woah! It's still very new and not all shops have opened/finished yet , hence the 4 stars, but this place earns 4 stars for how great it looks. Very modern, fresh and stylish with plenty of space to move around and not feel cramped. There are a couple of places to eat and drink upstairs, but I'd expect there to be more when the place is complete. I wouldn't say it would be worth traveling far to come shopping here right now unless you are coming the the o2 for some other activity eg. dining , cinema, trampolining, clubbing, exhibition etc.

Pretty new at the moment, hopefully more stores will be there. Not really worth the effort to get there for the stores they currently have. Guess store was ok, but thats pretty much all right now. Good place to eat if your after food.

This feels like such an amazing space to walk around. The shops are laid out invitingly. Clean lines, 21st Century feel. So great to put shops, restaurants and entertainment under one roof with excellent transport links. I'm a local and really impressed with how the 02 has evolved.
