A large modern station well equipped for the crowds from the O2. An easy journey from here to central London on the Jubilee line via Waterloo and its many connections.
The station itself is beautiful and very clean but the staff members are extremely unhelpful and rude. When help needed nobody around as they gather together and chat. If you finaly manage to find someone and ask for help their attitude is like they do you a massive favor and why do you bother them. They literally look down at you. Would be nice to train the how to deal with the public- its not a big effort.Good manners are always required.
It was clean and Tidy with lots of space and the right information to guide you to your destination. One thing i would point out is that Taxi ranks need to be better sign posted
Good station for The Dome, or local buses. Long walk from platform to exit. Staff are efficient at handling the very large crowds at 10:30pm every night when an O2 event ends.
Wonderful, well-arranged and contemporary-looking stop. Elegant, stylish, well-equipped, it has a large car park. Free toilet, with all the auxiliary rooms as shown in the photos. There are commercial outlets from which you can buy fast-moving goods and front seats have seating if you need to drink your coffee and enjoy the view, as I do now :). I recommend!5 stars
