I've been going to Greenwich Dental Practice for many years and I have always found the dentists there to be friendly. I recently started seeing another dentist, Chanpreet who I must say has been a complete professional, knowledgeable, friendly and makes you feel part of the process and makes you feel at ease with asking any questions you might have. I can't recommend Chanpreet enough. A++++
Have avoided the dentist for years but my dentist Dr M Semeskandehi is great, reassuring and really makes a effort to show and explain what work is required. I would highly recommend this practice.

The customer service at the practice is appalling.The receptionist speaks to the adult professionals rudely, her tone is condescending and she lacks social skills and manners. I am surprised a manager/owner would allow someone without any social skills to sit as front house staff , someone who has to face people.I think the staff there forgot that the patients are customers as they should be treated with respect and some basic customer service rules should be applied. With so much dental competition on the high street, why would anyone use that practice?I suspect all the positive ones might be somewhat staged as I cannot see how anybody can not feel worse off after visiting that place.
Great dental practice. Recommend it highly. Excellent treatment and advice from my dentist Alexandra. Best I have had.Same goes for the hygienists at the practice, and most recently a new hygienist, Irena. She was friendly, thorough and highly professional. Reception staff are very accommodating and efficient. I appreciate the timely appointment reminders which they send to me by text.Thank you GDP! Paul
