My partner is trying to get a implant fitted at this dentists, after already spending over 800 in 'pre-treatment' ready for an implant, but now we are ready for the implant the appointments keep being suddenly cancelled even after we have taken time off work to attend. We have now given up trying to see this 'imaginary' implant specialist and have appointments lined up with a professional dentist. DO NOT visit this dentist as the service is shockingly bad and certainly NOT cheap, they do NOT want your custom!Thank you for the reply over 1 YEAR after my original post!? My partner has had the implant fitted at a different dentist and is really pleased with the result, so you lost 3,000 in my business by cancelling the appointment. I understand that sometimes appointments have to be rescheduled, but we were given 5 minutes notice of the cancellation and was told the appointment was cancelled as we arrived at the surgery! You really need to change your reception staff and run a more efficient service.

Lovely, well mannered and welcoming receptionist. Went to see the Hygienist, very thorough procedure and gave full oral hygine instructions on how to take care of my teeth. and came out with my teeth feeling so clean and fresh. Highly reccomend!
