One of the worst gp practises I have had to deal with. Reception staff are unbelievably unhelpful and dont seem to understand what you are asking them. Very difficult to get an appointment and I was told you cant get an appointment unless you call in the morning. However whilst sitting in the waiting area I overheard and saw them make appointments for their friends and relatives for the next week
