I went into this shop twice! The first time I spent 90 minutes in there to choose and order samples. Not one turned up! I went back to the shop to reorder them and again not one turned up! I was also told someone would call me to arrange coming to the house to take measurements. No one called! In between all of this I called the store a number of times asking why I didn't have my samples yet. For some reason I was consistently put through to someone who said they would get the owner or manager to call me back. Very very much their loss as we needed floor to ceiling curtains for every room in our house. We have since had our curtains done with an independent person and we have spent over 11k. How on earth they can continue to run a business is a joke.
