Rude staff
The staff dont do anything to help you. When you ask a question it is like you are really bothering them. The customer service is really poor! This is the 2nd time I come to book some activities for my kid and I end up with not booking any activity because the staff clearly does not want to help or give information. They just dont care at all. It is too bad because we were thinking about booking 5 different types of activities but we will go to Lewisham finally. Its far but at leat we feel welcomed and the staff is more helpful.
Very nice library with plenty of books for everyone, a quiet space for those who need strong focus and a bike parking near the entrance. The quiet space also have socket to plug in your laptop and free wifi.
Polite staff , very clean environment and provides big space for children to read and computers
