The best estate agents in London by a clear mile! I've dealt with numerous agents since moving to London 6 years ago, ranging from horrendous & rude (not mentioning any names *cough*Emma's Estate Agents) to completely inept, bordering on illegal. Tony and Zac however set the bar that other estate agents ought to aspire to meet. They made the entire process of renting as smooth as possible, from the initial viewing to the end of our tenancy, they couldn't do enough for us and their level of communication couldn't be better! They are a pleasure to deal with and their knowledge is unmatched! I can't speak highly enough of them and I implore anyone looking to rent an apartment in Greenwich to get in touch with Century 21!

I kept receiving letters from this company initially I was quite impressed. The chap who valued my house was very knowledgeable a few weeks later when I was ready to instruct I was told he had left.I travel for work so I am in and out. I was told viewings were taking place. I did notice these viewings occurred when I was away and never in town. There was an occasion when a viewing had been booked I was in town and the agent and the applicant both didn't turn up.The lack of feedback from these so called viewings were non existent and the absolute rubbish being sprouted out by the office. If any of what I have said appeals to you and you are selling your property instruct this agent.If you want to sell your property in a smooth way for the love of Christ avoid.
