Great place, very friendly, the pies are the best I've tasted (Tom's a header) brilliant stories Tom I promise it won't be two years till you see us again, I want to try all the pies.
We love coming here with friends and family. Tom is great! Recommend the lamb shanks.
Went there for the first time on Saturday on recommendation. So glad we did. Felt welcomed as soon as we walked in and the warm atmosphere made you feel at home. Then it got better when the food arrived. The homemade pies are amazing as are the desserts and the icing on the cake was the host Tom who is lovely character and a credit to the Irish. Can't wait to go back and make it our regular haunt.
Nice place. Lovely food. But can find Tom a bit too much to be honest my mother in law was shocked at how he told people no space available when they arrived at the doorway the probably came to see via the great reviews it's got written if I was those people I'd would have found it off putting to be honest to return.
Fantastic food, excellent and highly entertaining host. A true hidden gem where food is treated incredibly seriously and the Sunday roast taken to an art form. To top it all off the Guinness next door in Hardy's is one of the best pints outside Dublin!
