We booked a course with Insight study in January 2019 and were really impressed. They are a very efficient college and everyone we dealt with was very organised. They were extremely helpful from their very first reply by email and we were absolutely delighted with the quality of teaching. They are also very friendly and welcoming which makes the course even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend booking a course with this college which offers excellent value for money. Very mixed feelings about this school. My 14 yo niece attended summer classes for 2 weeks. She really enjoyed them which is probably the most important. They had a great variety of afternoon activities (which I do believe were changed after a few parents complained), still they managed to step up to the task. Teachers that I 've come across (who frequently changed) were all pretty good, friendly, cant comment on their teaching skills. The administrative side however was awful with the company not replying to e-mails, not returning phone calls or providing any form of communication. I had to threaten to turn up on their door step for them to take me seriously. 95% of students were Chinese which can be a bit daunting for other foreign students as there is little room for them to make friendships or use their English for this matter. Classes in Deptford were not air-conditioned and I know my niece struggled in the heat, so were the teachers I hear.Overall, she was happy so was I but I sure would not use them again as felt organisation-wise they were absolutely terrible and disorganized. I would be more than happy to explore the above further with management to improve their administrative side
I can only say good words for this academy. It's the first time in my life I really enjoyed learning English, both teachers are lovely and charming. I've just spent two weeks with them but I can not wait for taking 2 weeks more because they treat me really good. Please guys never change the way you are, you are doing great! An excellent and trustworthy language school. The teachers are amazing, my husband came with a fail in his B1 test, only after 38 hours learning at Insight Study, he passed the B1 exam with B! Would and will recommend without hesitation.
Small groups, intimate classes, excellent methodology of learning English, fully qualified teachers. It works! I can see the progress after just a fortnight. And the price is really good. Highly recommended!
