I made an appointment for my three year old son a week in advance. At the time they advised that they didnt do Childrens cuts on the weekend. I found this frustrating as its hard enough as a working parent to make time for these errands but I agreed to come in Friday at 7pm. Friday afternoon they called asking to speak with my son, and we had a laugh when I told them he was 3. They asked if I could come in early as the stylist had to leave early. I agreed and left work early to accommodate the request. I arrived at the salon on time only to be told by the stylist I dont do kids haircuts. I told him Id told the salon not once but twice that my son was a child, but he just shrugged. Really unprofessional salon!
The hairdresser charged me 100 for burning my hair! She put 3 bleach dyes on my hair to change from black to brown and after the 3 dyes she put me black dye! crazy! I'm not going anymore! She told me that she has 10 years of experience as a hairdresser. Gosh I am still have the hair burned since 2 months!
The service is good, the place is lovely and the staff are nice. However after my third visit today I am questioning whether to return. On both my second and third visits to the salon I was asked have you been here before? and have been asked the same questions whilst receiving the same treatment by the same beautician. Clearly she nor the receptionist have made an effort to remember me, a returning customer. I appreciate that they see a lot of customers, but after three visits, I should expect to be remembered, just like any other salon would remember their paying clients. I also think that the services are a little overpriced for what they are.

I had tried this place three times. Every time I was charged different price which made me so frustrated. Every time I was charged more and more for just a simple hair cut. They don't do any style for your hair. It is just a quick scissor cut. I don't think it worths to pay that much. If you can pay 50 pounds for just a quick hair cut, I would recommend you to go somewhere else. It is just a quick barber shop and so forget about the service. The brushes and tools are not cleaned. I will not come back again.
