Me and my mum bought a groupon voucher for a LPG lift. The treatment was amazing. Silvia made us feel very comfortable and she gave me a good advise what I can do the next time. We can just recommend this place!! We love to come again. Maybe you could make more offer as a sales campaign so people learn more about the treatments, products and what to do next.
I've just been to my second micro needling treatment and once again Silvia has been a great therapist. Since the beginning she made me feel very comfortable and has given me the right advice on how to improve my pigmentation. The treatment she recommended is working very well and my skin has visibly improved since my first appointment. Was really looking forward to my appointment at 5pm. 25 minutes before my app I got a call from the receptionist asking if they could be 15 min late. I asked if they were going to be 15 min late then i need to be 15 min late. The receptionist said she will have to call me back. She called back 10 min later giving me 15 min to get there. I do not live 15 min away and had already cancelled the cab. I had to run and on the way i tried to call to say would be late as i had to cancel the car. The receptionist did not care and could not answer so i asked to speak to a manager. I then spoke with a man who was also not helpful and said it best i come in as i running there. She then asked me to follow her downstairs and she took a call on the call I could hear it was someone on the other line saying that they no longer wanted to deal with me even after I had calmly asked if we could please drop the situation and continue the treatment. She then said please will you take a seat and asked me why I was here today and when I began to tell her she cut me short and said we're not the type of clinic I can help you without listening to my needs in detail and said that I should probably investigate other options she gave me an example and said I will give you a refund and follow me upstairs.This is not the type of service nor the type of compassion you want from a clinic of this nature especially when they are dealing with peoples beauty. This place could really learn about having a heart and being kind to others.I'm sure that the lady who was the manager may have liked to help but who ever had called her had already made up their mind. This left me completely speechless upon leaving as I haven't experienced this level of rudeness and I'm kindness from this type of clinic ever. Upon leaving I saw a lady outside who saw I was upset and said that this is normal for this clinic. This is why I think this review is important to write, not only for the way I was treated but for the wake up call they need to treat clients with kindness.---- Update since this post 15 minutes ago---The clinic called me 6 times. I wanted to ignore it but I thought in my heart that perhaps they want to fix this and apologise I thought let me answer. I asked my partner to take the call and put it on speaker phone. The gentleman I described in my review earlier introduced himself as the client manager and spoke over me, and would not let me speak, he said to me that this type of review is damaging and he threatened legal action. So I put the phone down and they called me again. I am asking you to please not call me and wipe me details from your database and leave me alone.
