Nicoletta was amazing, really easy to talk to, and I left feeling classy. To the nice girl who did my eyebrows and lip from Brighton, you were very nice as well!! 10/10!!
I don't normally write these things but I've just come off a 6 day juice and soup detox provided by My Detox Diet and I'm so impressed. Firstly everything was delivered to my door after work which was super convenient..It also came with a simple guide of when to have what so there was no confusion. This was the first time doing anything like this and I was inittialy worried about being hungery but I can honestly say that there was exactly the right amount of everything. It was also delicous which really helped. I easily managed to stick to the diet ,without any breaks for the 6 day period and feel amazing for it. (I also lost around 6kg which is a real bonus!)Although I have nothing to compare this to I have no qualms to reccomend the detox program. I will most cetainly be doing another after Christmas!
Train delays and called and asked to rebook. Despite being lots of slots tomorrow I was told no rescheduling (48 hours cancellations even though I only booked 12 hours before and called to explain I would be late). I have arrived and has to wait for my appointment before and did not complain as I understand these things happen, unfortunately I wasnt given the same understanding as I gave the staff. I have spent so much money here so to be treated so inflexibly means I wont be booking here again.
I had the most amazing massage with Kirsty, I had just run a very gruelling half marathon the day before, and it was like I didn't even had to say, I felt great and back to life afterwards. Would totally recommend. X
Terrible massage experience. Therapist was not listening to the requests made, never asked if I was OK at any point ans was annoyed when I kindly requested an extra blanket because I was freezing. Not even offered a glass of tap water at the end...just turned on the light and said "it is done". Never again
