Remember how long she's waited to own this so there was a lot of pressure on mResell to have something good inside this box!! When she opened it, the first comment she made was how it was immaculate. No issues with the order process and sending it back to the company but then received a message to say the phone had been on charge all night and wouldn't turn on so no money could be offered and that I would have to pay 20 to get it sent back to me. There had never been any issues previously with the phone not working or not turning on - once I received the phone back and within 5 minutes of putting the phone on charge it turned on automatically so am now 20 out of pocket and will have to find somewhere else to return this to.
