Hi there, just to say thanks for sorting the problem with my keys, I didn't realize that if you cut a copy of a copied key will still have a problem, must remember to only get a key cut from the original, if its not worn. Thanks again. I will certainly come again.
Probably the worst customer experience I have had to date. Complete Dellboy attitude in a poorly run store, sorry Snappiestudios management, if there is such a thing, as we were refused your number, but your current employee is a joke. He told us there was no website, which in fact there is. Said we had two options on faulty prints, to re print or refund, but actually this wasnt our option and he chose to refuse the refund, then continued to print the wrong size. I would also be a little concerned if my employee started stating the consumer rights law to customers, suggestive hes done this before. And on that note, the next customer to come through the door was also upset by the poor service provided. All I wanted was a nice print for my parents of my grandparents resting place later to be framed but this turned into 3 weeks of toing and froing with poor customer service and an horrendous ordeal in the store lasting almost 2 hours. This was only settled by the chap who runs the shoe repair business next to you stepping in to say basically we wont get our money back, and the guy is probably scared of losing his job....well for the sake of your company maybe its best he does. Sorry to be blunt but this could have easily been rectified with the refund of the print after the poor sourcing of the frame and dellboy attitude and we would have been on our way, instead it turned into an embarrassing argument in the middle of the store! (I cant actually believe I have to give 1 star to post this)
I've been getting shoes repaired for years so know what to expect but this place is just a joke. My black shiny patent 450 ferragamo shoes x2, came back with glue all over it, completely dull (no shine), the new heal wasn't sanded down properly so still had rough corners and the sole wasn't glued together because the guy in "glasses" made some excuse about it not being possible (I know this is just rubbish so didn't bother trying to correct him) waste of 50 for repairs, do not use and do not trust. The guy that seems to be the owner/manager wore glasses (I suspect he is newly qualified as a shoe mender as the quality of work was just so bad, he needs his eye sight checking because it is so bad, I can't believe he thought it was ok!)
What a great little gem to find, done some excellent passport photos, going back next week, to have a family canvas done, would highly recommend. really good find. was looking for a place to do a canvas for me, they didn't hesitate. work is good, staff are great and they have a really good eye for quality. asked for artistic expression and the owner was fantastic in his setup and recommendation.
