I can strongly recommend as it is nice, clean place with friendly staff and free good breakfast if you book directly. They have a lots of offers for example food on Tuesday for 50% and a lots of more. Nice showers, beds with curtains giving you some privacy and really cheap stay. Maximum stay 2 weeks.
This used to be a great place to stay a few years ago, but it has really gone downhill since the staff circa October 2016 left. Now the place is so filthy that I'm not convinced they ever clean anything. There we used plasters on the floor in the room, the showers were filthy and the less said about the toilets, the better.At least it is cheap.
The staff is nice and friendly. Food is okay, just a basic breakfast that you get everywhere else. The rooms are small and stuffy. Toilets are horrible; tiny, dirty and cold. The showers are in bad condition and mostly messed up even if they do clean them in the morning. The showers and toilets are for mixed use, meaning both men and women can use them. Honestly, I won't be returning but it was an interesting experience.
Tourist review: Don't store food in the fridge people steal it. Homeless get inside very easy. Nobody check who you are, everybody can get inside. Non Security = zero. At night only one back door exit and entrance. Hot water, clean sheets, big room 6 beds, 2 toilets, 2 showers. Staff very helpful. Cheap in a nice area, supermarket nearby.
Very friendly and helpful staff! AMAZING location right at the Thames, fun place with incredibly cool bar that turns club at night. Could be improved: Bath and shower facilities deserve more attention and the music is rather loud till late.
