Cheap so that's what you get. Room comfy enough but no heating and no remote for the t.v.. Apart from that it's about right for the cost.
Made to feel very welcome by the evening staff. At checkout the morning staff were cold and uninterested. Rooms need a scrub in the corners, looks as though they are cleaned very quickly. Hot in the room, the dial on the heater didnt seem to have any impact on its output. Breakfast buffet ok, about the standard you would expect for the price and location. No problem leaving our bags during the day before check in and after check out. Price good so would stay again.
Nice, clean, cosy and staff very friendly. We felt relaxed and enjoyed our stay. We had breakfast in the morning...great price and the kids eat free.
This Travelodge was as you would hope. Clean, simple decor, pleasant staff - although not every staff member was fully on the ball. The wheelchair accessible rooms are very well equipped and the regular room is as expected simple but comfortable. Breakfast is good value but not the highest quality. The coffee was quite good and not restricted to a particular number of cups which as a coffee drinker I appreciated.
Poor customer service, the guys on shift didnt seem to care at all, I walked in with my best friend late at night, the guy on shift didnt greet us or anything just went ahead and checked us in, few minutes after we came back for some drinks no one was there, pressed the bell and waited for a good 5-10minutes still no answer....Better training should be provided and more staff at night because even the bar/breakfast area was dirty ....
